I need a top-level feed summary of issues and PRs I have recently commented on.

I want a feed that lets me skim updates on 'followed' projects. I would like to be able to categorize and group those projects as well.

I do not want GitHub to dick me around with an AI-generated stream stream of spam amounting to a faceberg social media system.

I did not provide GDPR-consent to Microsoft to run AI analysis on my stars, feed choices, or discussions and generate a 'social profile' out of these.
