Hello,
I've recently started using GH Actions and GH Packages on a private repository.
This is a Java-project which uses Maven to compile and deploy jars. When a project depends on a package from another repository, there seems to be no straightforward way to download it. The GITHUB_TOKEN does not allow permissions to read from packages within the organisation, because it is scoped to the repository where the action is running. I can create a Personal Access Token for myself and configure the action to use this token, but that it would be shared between all users that trigger the action.
Is there any way to use the actor's token to access packages outside of the repository?
