What kind of account will be recognized as bot type

How does GitHub tell the differences between User type account and Bot type account? Though I have read the documentation in https://docs.github.com/en/graphql/reference/objects#bot

• Account creation: User type accounts are created by humans, while bot type accounts are created by GitHub Apps.
• Account type: User type accounts are personal accounts, while bot type accounts are machine user accounts.
• Account capabilities: User type accounts have all of the capabilities of a GitHub account, while bot type accounts have a limited set of capabilities. For example, bot type accounts cannot create or delete repositories, and they cannot comment on issues or pull requests.
• Account metadata: The type property in the JSON response for a user account indicates whether the account is a user type account or a bot type account. For a user type account, the type property is set to User. For a bot type account, the type property is set to Bot.

Thanks for your patient explanation! However, I wonder if the machine user account is a more extensive concept that includes Bot type users. Because I have seen some accounts recognized as User type, while their activities seem much more than a normal human account. For example, an account such as k8s-ci-robot(https://github.com/k8s-ci-robot) is recognized as User type, while we can infer it is actually a bot account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the details with me. :)
