Prebuilds failing with no log

Hi,

Prebuilds are constantly failing in one of our repos. Other repos work fine. The log doesn't provide any help we could use to diagnose the issue. This started happening after we updated two secrets.

Here is what we're seeing:

When clicking the prebuild job:

When re-running the job (with debug logging enabled):

We've also setup a prebuild on another branch with a simple devcontainer.json config and still see the same failures:

The prebuild failures were due to expired ECR credentials in the ECR_CONTAINER_REGISTRY_USER and ECR_CONTAINER_REGISTRY_PASSWORD secrets. We wish the logs could show this type of errors. It was also strange that even a simple devcontainer config that doesn't reference any ECR images failed to build.
