Description

The Codespaces extension causes 100% usage at the modal dialog which asks you to reconnect or close VSCode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to a GitHub Codespace
2. Wait for the Codespace to turn off due to inactivity

Misc info

• I looked at this guide for profiling extension performance, however I can't use it due to it being blocked by the modal dialog.
• This occurs even when no extensions are installed other than the Codespaces extension.
