Closed discussion event is hard to spot

When I look at https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/62586, it's really really hard to figure out when it was closed and by whom.

The information is technically present, but it isn't present where I expect to see it:

• At the top of the view; or
• In line with answers (i.e. at the bottom of the view).

These are the places I look for similar information in Issues/PRs.

Generally this information about when and who closed it can be found in issues. In discussions it's not something that relevant and in the vast majority, it will have been the author himself who closed it and when it is gray, if you hover your mouse over it, you will know why it was closed.
