Bug (I think): Code Search thinks all text on the page is of interest

Every bit of visible text on the page seems to be a target for code search. SC of just trying to hit the Resolve conversation button below:

Each word in a comment including links gets the same treatment. Upshot being that links aren't clickable unless it's a right-click -> open:

Looks like this is the case while still in review mode. Everything works as expected when back on the 'Conversation' page of a PR.
