Not all repositories can be searched

Hi,

i am currently checking out the new seach tool, looks very nice so far. However, I cant find all repositories with the new search: e.g. https://github.com/KIT-CMS/CROWN/

The repository exists, but the search cant find and index it: https://cs.github.com/KIT-CMS/CROWN/.
I know that this repository was renamed some time in the past, therefore this might be the reason why it cannot be accessed with the search ?
