I finally had it working with oracle 9i and java 7.
Step1: Download dbeaver 3.8.5 since it is the last version supporting java 7.
Step2: Click on database>driver manager And choose the driver jar or zip files your oracle is using.
I'm just putting this up there so the people googling the same problem can find it. I keep getting my previous post when I gpogle the problem XD
