Overview

May saw continued pushes forward on a number of initiatives that will benefit the community with some of these initiatives moving over to more of a management phase. We have seen an increase in community activity with all that is going on and hopefully we can continue to see this grow.

These initiatives include the following:

• Starting the management of the DAO staking on InvArch and Tinkernet
• Helping David and Ambassadors working on a cKTON LP Farm idea
• Continuing to push forward the listing of RING on HydraDX
• Supporting John with his novel DCDAO idea

New initiatives:

• Keeping focused on current initiatives but will start working with Avail regarding community engagement.

Twitter
Curating tweets for DCDAO covering different events that occurred.

Weekly Discord Quiz Game
Quiz Games # 23, # 24, # 25, # 26 and # 27 were run on Discord with a typical 20 or so members joining.

Weekly News
Working with June, our DCDAO Advocate, to collate weekly news that is then posted on the DCDAO Twitter account.

Monthly DCDAO Update
Working with June and David on a monthly medium article summarizing what happened with DCDAO the previous month.

Twitter Spaces
Joined the InvArch Community Space to talk about DCDAO and Darwinia

#Community Management

• Continued to engage and help our community members with staking and migration.
• Continued working with our current Ambassadors to support the community when they needed help.
• Continued to support Helix and their Discord.
• On boarded two new DCDAO Advocates, Lephofora and Daniel Grayson
• On boarded a new Ambassador, John
• Continued to work with the Hydration team to list $RING in the Omnipool

June Plan

I expect to be doing the following:

• DCDAO to host Quizzes each week
• Continued engagement with the Community
• Continue Weekly News
• Work with our new Advocates to help the maximize their efforts and determine how best they can support DCDAO
• Continued management of the Ambassador and Advocate programs
• Manage the DAO staking and initial rewards distribution
• Continue to move the Hydration Omnipool listing effort forward
• Possible Twitter Space with Dakota of InvArch
• Posting discussion for minor restructuring of the Ambassadors
• Work with Avail Cross-community airdrop.
• Post Q3 Community Manager Proposal for Approval
