Feature request: Download CSV from Plot in specific timeframe

Desired Behaviour

When zoomed into a plot window on studio, I would be nice to be able to right click on the plot and select "Download plot data as CSV", while only taking into account a specified window of time. Now, if I have a large file with long duration open in Foxglove studio and want to download it as csv, it will always select all the data points in the whole graph, from start to finish. This can lead to large csv files with irrelevant data.

Use case

I believe it can be useful to download a portion of a plot to do additional analysis locally with other tools or scripts. This would eliminate the need for preprocessing the csv into the desired timeframe.
