Add an option during the operating system installation to explicitly not install software

I think it would be a great idea to have an additional window during the installation of Linux Mint with options for selecting which software should be installed. For example, I would prefer that Firefox not be pre-installed, as it is increasingly going in the wrong direction in terms of user privacy. Latest Example I would also like to be able to uncheck software like Rhythmbox or Matrix during the installation, as these programs do not provide any value for me and sometimes run poorly.

There's not much bloat to begin with, and this just adds complexity to the installation process, and more opportunities for a completely novice user to have a bad initial experience with Mint.

Uninstalling this stuff is very easy and quick.
