There's not much bloat to begin with, and this just adds complexity to the installation process, and more opportunities for a completely novice user to have a bad initial experience with Mint. Uninstalling this stuff is very easy and quick. |

I think it would be a great idea to have an additional window during the installation of Linux Mint with options for selecting which software should be installed. For example, I would prefer that Firefox not be pre-installed, as it is increasingly going in the wrong direction in terms of user privacy. Latest Example I would also like to be able to uncheck software like Rhythmbox or Matrix during the installation, as these programs do not provide any value for me and sometimes run poorly.
