Hey everyone, we wanted to take a moment to clarify some questions you may have concerning the recently launched MDN blog. Currently, the blog’s content is not licensed under the same license as the rest of MDN Web Docs. While we have not finalized the licensing terms, we are working with legal on the exact licensing terms for both the content and code examples. Localizing the content is, therefore, also not an option.
We appreciate the feedback you have already provided and encourage you to keep sharing. However, we want to highlight that we can only act on feedback concerning content that is not sponsored (this will be indicated clearly). When sharing feedback, please use our GitHub discussions (https://github.com/orgs/mdn/discussions/categories/the-mdn-web-docs-blog) for the relevant post. This will help us ensure we don’t miss anyone’s feedback between our various communication channels.
Please note that, at the moment, we cannot accept pull requests or issues, nor is the localization of the blog content possible. Once we have defined the licensing terms, this will be communicated to the community and will also be indicated on all pages of the blog.
