How to backup Miniflux?

I'm running Miniflux in a Docker Compose project, and so far, I'm backing up the whole volume created by the miniflux-db container. However, I do understand that this is not the proper way, and there are definitely better ways to back up the entire Miniflux data. I want to know exactly which files I should back up to create an optimal backup of Miniflux?

to the others who will end up here
tldr
1.
docker ps -a
to find out the container id
you need miniflux-db containter
2.
docker exec -it <container-id-or-name> /bin/bash
you will then enter shell inside provided container
3.
POSTGRES_USER from docker-compose.yaml
psql -U <POSTGRES_USER> -l
to look up for db name
4.
pg_dump -U <POSTGRES_USER> -d <db-name> -f miniflux.dump
5.
docker cp <container-id-or-name>:miniflux.dump <path_on_local_machine>
to get dump file on your local machine from container

I use this "script" :

DATE=$(date +%Y%m%d-%H%M%S)

cd [compose.yaml path] # replace with the path where the compose file is
docker compose exec -it db pg_dumpall -U miniflux | gzip -9c > miniflux-db-$DATE.sql.gz
