The great news is that billing is wrapping up its final weeks of testing! Tom and I now have the difficult task of deciding what we focus our energy into - but we want your help deciding.

We have three major contenders coming up:

1. Digital Document Signing - Upload PDF documents or generate them from Word templates (like currently) and send these to your customers for digital signing. This will be usable for any types of document and not only for jobs in StayOnHire. ie. Employment Agreements, Contracts, Hire Agreements etc.

2. Analytics / Reporting - Visualise data from your StayOnHire account using utilisation, customer details, asset groups/categories, revenue and other metrics. We will provide 1-3 defaults analytics, though the intent would be that user's build their own analytics that are important to them -meaning customisation will be a major element of analytics. Data will be live and will be able to be downloaded or screenshotted but will not inherently produce an A4 'report'; as most users have different reporting needs.

3. Maintenance / Inspections - Much like jobs exist in StayOnHire, there will be a completely new flow for service tasks, work orders, inspections and fixes out in the field. This will begin merging functionality across pre/post hire inspections, creating preventative maintenance schedules and give field technicians the ability to actively complete and record service details to the office.
