Machine Risk assessments / conditional rego

Clint LVMD: Machine Risk assessments/ conditional rego:

All machines have annual risk assessments produced from Plant Assessor, these are a PDF file, we are not needing SOH to create these as there are a lot of legalities around these forms, but would like the ability to save the risk assessment and rego in each machines profile in SOH, so when a customer requires a copy of the risk assessment, rego paper and service history we can easily send these forms from the machine that has been assigned to the job.

At present we save these files in our server on our computer system and generally attach these to an email from there and send, this can get confusing as it is easy for one to send a risk assessment from the incorrect excavator as we have multiple machines of the same model and size, each with its own LVMD asset number though.
