Show asset's history of invoice/billing in the asset quicklook

MVP: Billing page in asset quicklook that lists all invoices. Problem: POs are linked to a job, not the asset.

Bigger scope: Add all billable events to the asset timeline, add functionality to filter the whole timeline.
