All huge thirdparty compressed packages be removed from source tree

Those packages taken much space in source tree, each version update of the thirdparty library takes more space than just maintain their source files (That also make the git repository much large).
I had repalced them by depends on their latest version of pypi. The rest libraries that have no distributions on pypi just simply unpack to directory "taskcoachlib/thirdparty" and maintain by us.
So if you clone the repository by the lastest version will take fewer time than ever:
git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/taskcoach/taskcoach.git
