Getting ESOCKETTIMEDOUT error while deploying

Hello, I have been trying to delpoy smart contracts using truffle and getting the following error from few days.

}

I have also tried updating the package, but still I'm unable to deploy the contracts.
I'm deploying to Polygon Mumbai.
Truffle config:

mumbai: {
			provider: () => new HDWalletProvider(mnemonic, alchemy_rpc),
			network_id: 80001,
			gas: 8500000,           // Gas sent with each transaction (default: ~6700000)
		  gasPrice: 20000000000,
			confirmations: 2,
			timeoutBlocks: 2000,
			// networkCheckTimeout: 1000000,
			skipDryRun: true
}

Update:
The above problem seems to occur when contract size exceeds the limit and optimizer is enabled. When optimizer is disabled, I'm not getting the above error. Does anyone know solution to this?
