Dear Sir,
We have found that multiple users are experiencing an issue where the vehicle capacity is not appearing when creating an FSM request from both the Citizen and Employee portals.
In yesterday's meeting, Raju encountered this issue, and our team at (Velocity Software Solution Pvt. Ltd.) provided him with a solution. We have documented this solution for future reference in case anyone faces this issue again.
Details:-
Add the Vendor, Vehicle, and Driver:-
First, you need to add the vendor, vehicle, and driver to the system. There is a page on the Employee Portal to create these entries.
Page URL: YOUR-DOMAIN/digit-ui/employee/fsm/registry
Please ensure you are logged in as the FSM admin user; otherwise, the page will not open.
Map the Vehicle and Driver with the Vendor:-
After adding the entries, map the vehicle and driver to the vendor. This can be done by opening the vendor entry, where there is an option to add or map the vehicle with the driver.
After completing these two steps, the issue will be resolved, and the vehicle capacity will appear in the dropdown on the FSM Create New Application form.
We are working on a document to detail these steps and will share it soon, so it will be very helpful for future reference.
