Sorry for the long delay, but we have finally updated the guidelines with the lessons learned from the Chinese and Japanese translations.

If you have active WIP or completed translation, please send a pull request to this repo and add it to the end of the README.

If your translation is already more than 50% done, please state so in the pull request so we can invite you to the organization and officially transfer the repo.
