Description
At the moment, it's not possible to att custom URL parameters in source URLs for WFS layers. A question mark is always appended to the source URLs, so adding custom parameters results in double question marks and won't work.

Proposed solution
Only add the question mark for URL parameters if it doesn't already exist, otherwise add a "&" before adding further parameters.
