Description

A responsive navbar appears on the top of the page. It has a logo and multiple navbar elements, which can be positioned to the left, middle or right. It changes to a hamburger menu with a sidebar for mobile with its items positioned from top to bottom.

Add a navbar component as provided by Bulma and Bootstrap:

Why Oruga need this feature

Oruga needs to provide a way to make things possible for beginners. This is a feature every page totally needs. I hope you agree.

Adding a navigation bar is a must for a website. Providing a simple navigation component can enhance the use of Oruga.

@mlmoravek Hi,I have had to decide to cancel my task assignment request. I am not familiar enough with the language involved in this particular assignment and it recently coincided with my exam time. I don't think I should take this up myself therefore I think it would be best to assign the task back to ensure that the task can also be completed by someone else.I am so sorry.
