The "Last Login" value does not display correctly when the identity does not have any active sessions

Describe the bug

When viewing the Profile for an individual identity, the "Last Login" value displays 8:00 PM 12/31/1969 (I'm UTC -4) when the identity does not have any active sessions (though the identity does have some inactive ones).

Reproducing the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in with an identity.
2. Check the identity's profile and ensure it displays the "Last Login" correctly.
3. Log out the identity.
4. Check the identity's profile. The "Last Login" value should display the "zero" value (Jan 1 1970 +/- timezone offset).
