feat: 将更多设置作为缓存记录到本地 #116

目前只有主题设置是缓存到本地的，意味着主题改动后，下次自动应用改动后的主题，而不是默认的主题。

一些适合缓存的设置：

每个页面表格的交互设置：鉴于每个表格列各不相同，暂时只考虑记录页数设置？
- 筛选条件设置：低优先级 —— 当前打开是默认的设置就挺好，但个别页面似乎个性化更好？比如 info 页面有的人可能偏向于看介绍，有的人偏向于看数据
