気になっているのは、APIなので、オフラインでは取得できないところです。

オフライン対応する強みがこれといって無いので、
API採用 + ネットワークにつないで予測グラフ描画
の方向で実装をすすめます。

Next.jsのサーバでCORSエラーがでるので、プロキシを設定する。
