While using Fedora for everything is cool, there might be some differences in the kernel between Fedora and RHEL. Since our flagship, the hosted service on console.redhat.com, is running RHEL 9, I suggest running all EL-related tests on RHEL 9. Fedora should be still tested on Fedora (because it's not generally expected that you can build Fedora on RHEL).
