These are left-over issues and tasks from #440

Namely, things for follow-up are:

Naming the sudoers option in the blueprint
Boot tests for ISOs in CI
Enabling the option for Fedora¹
Different default values for different distros

¹ Still haven't figured out why that doesn't work.
