Custom button to turn screen off

Describe the idea

It would be nice to have a custom button for turning the screen off.

When the device is mounted in a case on a bicycle or motorbike, the buttons on the side of the device are sometimes hard to reach. Turning the device on is easy (via proximity sensor, turn instructions or by pressing on the lower part on the screen on some devices). Turning it off again can be sometimes hard.

Expected behaviour

A custom button to turn the screen off.

Yelling at it. Didn't work.

I don't think it's possible. We use to have problems with turning screens on though I think the situations is very similar with turning it off. Though will check more about it.
