Download Belgium (https://openmaptiles.com/downloads/europe/belgium/)
Choose a style from https://openmaptiles.org/styles/
Add hillshades ???
Add contour lines ???
Generate RasterTiles
Provide historical Vector Tiles (keep the file of the first day of each month, for instance)
