Deleting light only deletes it in client, not on server

To reproduce, load gazebo with an empty world:

$ gazebo

Expand the lights on the left widget, right click on sun and click Delete. The ground plane should darken. Then open a separate gzclient in another terminal, the ground plane will be lit, and the sun will be present in the list of lights.
