bitbucket just changed the format of their json messages for the pullrequests api. Fix forthcoming.

They changed the api again, so that the -l option displays all pull requests (both open and closed). I've made a fix in 7ce3c1d, but I'm going to hold off an another pull request for a while until the API stabilizes.
