Add tooltip for Selection Mode keyboard shortcut

The RTS (Rotate/Translate/Scale) controls have a hint in the tooltip that each mode can be accessed by pressing R, T, or S on the keyboard. The selection mode does not have this to indicate that Esc will return the user to this mode. We should add that into the tooltip.
