This minor release adds support for nested models and nested canonical links to the DOM API for SDFormat spec version 1.7 (#316, #341). These changes have been documented in the Frame Semantics proposal (gazebosim/sdf_tutorials#34). Other changes in this release are listed in the 9.3.0 Changelog.
