BUG: Gitlab Signed-Releases Throwing Exception

Describe the bug
A recent change made in the gitlab.client code changed the value of project from the id to the project name. This has impacted the signed-releases when querying the api.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Exception shows in the console details for the check stating that the project doesn't exist

Expected behavior
The project ID needs to be passed to the contributors query call so that the project can be found
