We need a Time Picker component

This library only includes the DateTime picker component, which allows to either use the date picker only or the date and time picker. But what about a time picker only?
We need to either extend this component and allow the user to use only the time picker, or create a whole new Time picker component.

Sure, you're more than welcome to give it a try and create a PR. 😊
As the issue states, it's preferable to first try to extend the existing DateTime component to allow using it as a Time picker than creating a whole new component.
