"Get more avatars" button is broken

Currently it points to not existing service. It could point to avatar worlds instead for example.

It might be a better idea to remove that button for the time being. I feel like adding a whole "Where do you want to go?" whole feature might be more trouble than it's worth. That is especially considering I am planning on replacing the whole app soon-ish.

Originally, it was opening MarketPlace of HiFi
I though we could change this to load a centralized bookmark file (for the current session) to let people pick an avatar from there.

But we can also just remove that feature.
