automate generation of the acronym list

Extract all instances of 2 or more sequences of uppercase letters across all activities to build the acronym list (if we keep it).

The priority of this issue is relatively low, unless we have further input from the community.
The effort is low. Tasks include extract and identify acronyms, create definition, and review.
