Change to use Globs instead of Regex

As mentioned by @pineapplemachine, the use of regex can be alienating for people not familiar with it. A better method would be to use globs and the built-in python glob library.

Unless specific use cases come up which regex is needed, the default search pattern will be changed to globs where regex is current default.
