Wrong setting in transactional file locking doc

• wrong 'memcache.local' -> 'memcache.locking'
• comma is missing at the end -> '/tmp/redis.sock'

I'll correct the missing comma, but I need confirmation that 'memcache.local' is incorrect, and 'memcache.locking' is correct, as it will have to be corrected in the core config.sample.php as well.
