For some reason I can not quite figure out, the »Mark all as read« function is sometimes disabled (greyed out). It seems that this happens for example when I manually read or marked as read a few items in that feed.

I can’t imagine any instance when the entry should be greyed out. When all items are read, the entry should not be shown at all.

Yeah I noticed this.. weird. I try to figure out why this is happening..

Fixed it in the 0.4.5 (will be released soon)
