Like the favicons for feeds there should be something to quickly recognize where the starred items are or which entries are folders

I've improved this in v.0.3.8 but I don't like the icon really. (I've used the one from the news app)
@Raydiation do you know a designer who can optimize/beautify the icon? I've no skills with photoshop etc.
