Steps to reproduce

1. Install app
2. Observe user defaults

Expected behaviour

The admin can configure reasonable defaults for users.

Actual behaviour

Defaults are not configurable by the admin.

Requested Feature

I just installed "Activity". It appears that all users default to receiving e-mail updates. This is not desirable behaviour in our environment. I don't see any way for the admin to apply changes for everyone but I need to turn this off and have the default be to only show activity on the stream.
