No Internet connection should be surpressed

As discussed, need to make the no network connection a silent error, not the end of the world. Right now, it is the end of the world and the client drops the sync folder status entries when the network connection is lost. Instead, it should be a bubble notification and a grayed out sync status window, not a complete stop.
