The app settings, in this case the WebDAV address, should be moved from Personal Settings into the app itself.

Because this app uses the top bar, it should be a settings cog on the very right of that bar, showing a popover with the WebDAV address.

Superseded by #1936 which will add a sidebar to files and also a settings entry much like in Contacts and News.
