We sometimes have bugreports that users complain that the Desktop Syncing client is not working. The reason is often that the webserver doesn't support http methods that are needed for WebDAV or that a proxy server inbetween blocks specific http methods.
We should add a check during setup if the ownCloud server can access itself via WebDAV and output a warning if it's not working. This can be done similar to the existing check to read the data directory via http
