Acceptance tests for "Show pending remote shares at the 'Shared with you' tab"

PR #37022 fixed a problem with pending remote shares not being listed in the "Shared with you" tab.

Add some federated sharing UI test scenarios like:

• remote user shares to local user
• local user logs in and browses to "Shared with you"
• see that the share is listed
• accept the share

Also make sure that we have a scenario for the opposite case - local user shares with remote user. Local user browses to "Shared with others". The remote share should be listed...
