Tagging files or folders

Idea: The ability to add tags or description to a file or folder, so the user can search for it based on these tags/description not only limited to the filename.

Tagging and other metadata should be implemented as separate app that can store several key-values for every file. I suggest that you make yourself familiar how ownCloud apps are developed. After this basic store we should work on actual use cases before writing any UI. Do you have anything in mind already?
