Available offline wording

If an item is not available offline, action card/contextual menu shows: Make available offline. ✅

If an item is available offline, action card/contextual menu shows: Available offline ⁉️

It is not very clear, because action card and and contextual menu show actions, not statuses. Using another name like Make unavailable offline or No available offline are more clear.
