Running an upgrade, when should market app be upgraded

Description

Having a local market version more recent than the one published in marketplace, in which part of the process should start the upgrade of the app

Steps to reproduce

1 . Having an oC 10.0.10 server, install market app v0.3.0 using a tarball
2. Upgrade oC server to oC daily master

Expected result

Running an upgrade, the market app should be the first one to get updated

Current behavior

Market app is updated at the middle of the process. Why market app is not updated the 1st?

ownCloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available
You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade
